Also included is information about industry for armaments and munitions; activities of Einsatzstab Rosenberg; the "Eindeutschung" of inhabitants of the occupied East; use of "U-Boat" warfare; collaborationist Russian general Vlassov in Mogilev; erection of practice and drilling grounds for the Waffen-SS; participation of "Volksgruppen" in government; and conscription of laborers.
